Yes you can change your mind

We will accept change of mind returns subject to the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt with the packing slip and/or invoice.

In the event of your changing your mind, the customer is responsible for any costs associated with returning your purchase to us.

Items must be returned in original condition.

A refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you once we have received the return item back and confirmed that it meets the above conditions.

Please advise us that you are returning your goods by emailing winery@paracombewines.com and please provide a contact name and mobile phone number so that we can discuss reimbursement.

Incorrect Items or Faulty Returns

We can make mistakes and will always do our best to rectify them as quickly and painlessly as possible.

Please advise us immediately that we have made a mistake by emailing winery@paracombewines.com and please provide a contact name and mobile phone number so that we can discuss collection, replacement if applicable and/or reimbursement.

In the event that we have made a mistake, or faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown we will endeavour to correct it as soon as possible and have it returned to us at our cost.

In the event that we cannot provide you with your requested purchase the full amount of your purchase, meaning items and freight will be credited.
