Vintages

Vintages are subject to change but we will advise customer by email or telephone if this is the case before dispatch of stock. The customer has the option to confirm, cancel or modify their order at this time.

Personal Information

Subscribing to Paracombe Wines

Your personal information is only collected and kept, in the instance where you choose to subscribe to Paracombe Wines and enjoy the privileges of advance notice of events, both at Paracombe Wines cellar door and other events supported by Paracombe Wines. This also includes notification of wine special offers. When you purchase wines from our online store your contact details will be kept for this purpose unless you nominate you do not wish for this to occur.

At no stage are your personal details shared with or sold to third parties. Your personal details are only ever accessed in the process of performing tasks that you have subscribed for and agreed to receive, by trusted, long-term employees of Paracombe Wines.

We may monitor subscribers ordering so that we can direct promotions and specials that they have shown specific interest in.

Credit card payments by email

When you provide your credit card details by email for ordering wine or purchasing tickets for our cellar door events, they are immediately deleted after the transaction has been completed. At no stage do we store this information.

Online purchasing of wine

Online purchases are exclusive for Australia only, international orders are not permitted.

All prices include GST

All online wine purchases are conducted directly with our bank and at no stage do we have access to your credit card information. We do however have access to your delivery address, which is essential for the delivery of your purchased wine. Your delivery details are only shared with our chosen delivery service to ensure the most effective delivery method possible.

Security Policy

All transactions take place through a 2048-bit SSL “secure connection” which prevents anyone from accessing your personal information when it is travelling to our servers.

Your credit card and financial information are never stored on our servers. Such information is relayed directly to the bank solely for authorisation of the transaction and at no stage is it recorded or kept on file.

Shipping Policy

All orders placed via our website will be despatched and delivered by a delivery service of our choosing. Carrier information & tracking numbers can be provided upon request.

Please allow up to 10 days from receipt of your order for the delivery of your product(s) within Australia.

Unless you have nominated a safe place to leave your order upon delivery, our carrier may request your name, identification and signature to verify your identity and confirm delivery of the product(s).

If no-one is present at the delivery address at the time of delivery and a safe place to leave your order has not been nominated:

In the case of the carrier being Australia Post; a card will be left advising that your order can be collected at a nominated Post Office.

In the case of the carrier being a courier service; the courier will leave a calling card with a phone number on it which you will need to call to arrange a suitable re-delivery time OR organise a depot pick-up of your order.

Incorrect Items or Faulty Returns
In the instance we have sent you the wrong wine or the wine you have ordered from us is faulty we will endeavour to rectify this as efficiently as possible.

We will gladly work with you to collect the incorrect product and have the correct product delivered to you, at our cost. Please provide receipt of your purchase at the time of making a claim to verify the wine was purchased from us.

In the event we cannot provide you with your purchase we will contact you to discuss product substitution or reimbursement.

In the event of faulty wine, we will collect the wine at our cost, evaluate the fault and upon confirmation of the claimed fault replace the wine. If the wine is a vintage that we no longer have stock of we will replace the wine with a current vintage.
