Pinot Noir Chardonnay Sparkling (2016 Release)

2017 Holland Creek Riesling

The bouquet is delightfully fragrant with aromas of honeysuckle, pineapple and fresh limes. The palate delivers clean flavours of citrus, lychees and green apples with a lingering finish.

An exciting aromatic white blend of Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Gewürztraminer. The gathering of these five varieties provides attractive, lifted aromas and a pure, crisp palate with hints of nutmeg and ginger.

2017 Pinot Gris

A great little crowd pleaser. Appealing bouquet of melon, honeyed pear and floral notes with fresh flavours of nectarine, nashi pear and créme caramel with flinty notes on the finish. Made to enjoy, perfect with food.

2017 Chardonnay

This very limited release Fiano will excite with highly lifted aromatics of stone fruits and floral notes. The palate has generous lashings of fruit complimented by nutty notes. Sure to satisfy.

2016 Pinot Noir

Alluring aromas of wild strawberry, cherry and toffee notes. Bright crimson in colour, the palate offers gentle, lingering flavours of cherry and plum with fine tannins and subtle spice on the finish. Ah the romance of Pinot, just surrender and enjoy.

2013 Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep colour with lifted aromas of blackcurrants, sweet oak and spice. Generous juicy flavours of currants and berries textured with hints of fine, elegant tannins deliver a lingering finish. Drinking well now, promises to reward further with age.

2014 The Reuben

Highly aromatic, spicy and delicious. Entirely fruit-driven by its cocktail of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot. A wonderful food wine dedicated to Reuben Chapman, an early Paracombe settler known for his generosity and passionate love for the area.

2015 Malbec

Only 250 cases produced, bouquet of violet flowers and plums lead to a palate of rich, dark cherries, earthy notes and cinnamon spice. Intense structure, interesting and powerful.

2014 Tempranillo

This single vineyard Tempranillo comes from the steep terrain and red earth soils from a specialist site at Cudlee Creek. The aroma bursts with red fruits and mocha accompanied by an elegant, silky palate.

2013 Shiraz

From the glorious Adelaide Hills plateau vineyard come all manner of flavours and smells ranging from dark florals to maraschino cherries, pepper and oyster sauce with lush dark chocolate tannins matching the big fruit. Seduces the senses.

2012 Shiraz Viognier

The MacGillivray family vineyard at Paracombe is the specialist site for this classic blend. Shiraz grapes 97% were crushed and co-fermented with Viognier 3% in small open tanks and aged in French Oak to produce a rich, flavoursome wine. Dark cherry and plum aromas with hints of musk rose and honeysuckle with mocha and spicy notes on the palate add complexity and a lingering finish.

2013 Shiraz Nebbiolo

A combination of old-world grape varieties brought together in a new world expression of winemaking. This wine has deep colour with perfumed aromas of dark fruits, violets and black cherry. The flavour dances on the palate, complex and enduring; plum and mulberry is there along with hints of earthy spice and musk and elegant, fine tannin.

2013 Cellar Reserve

In Paracombe Wines’ hallmark style the wine is highly aromatic, providing lifted aromas of dark cherry, cassis and blackberry. The Cabernet Sauvignon gives the wine structure and definition, Shiraz & Petit Verdot combine to bring elegant fruit whilst the Merlot grants balance of softness, a great marriage of complimentary grape varieties.

2012 MacGillivray Shiraz

MacGillivray Shiraz is a single vineyard wine from the MacGillivray family vineyard at Paracombe in the Adelaide Hills. The wine boasts a deep rich red colour, lifted aromas of plum, cherry with dark chocolate and subtle oak influence. Opulent, superbly balanced and complete.

2006 Somerville Shiraz 

A classic limited release of just 120 dozen. Decadent aromas of mulberry, rich coffee and dark chocolate with a palate delivering strong depth of fruit intensity and tantalising hints of spice. Layered, delicious flavours that just go on and on gently tapering into a fine satisfying finish.
