Vintage 2013 is here!

It has been full steam ahead with harvest and vintage here at Paracombe and picking of the 2013 vintage is coming to a close.

With a warm, dry season, yields are lower this year, but quality is right up there. The flavours are intense and we are pretty excited with the fruit that is coming off the vines. If you want to follow the vintage at Paracombe in pictures,also check out our Facebook page by clicking here

Paracombe Wines is teaming up with The Topiary Café for a fabulous long table degustation dinner. It will be held at the cafe situated in the stunning gardens at Newmans Nursery at Tea Tree Gully. This will be a very special occasion with a six course course meal matched with our wines. Paracombe 2009 Shiraz and 2009 The Reuben

Gold in Adelaide Hills Wine Show


We were thrilled to see our 2009 Shiraz and 2009 The Reuben were both awarded Gold Medals in the Adelaide Hills Wines Show. This is the second gold awarded to The Reuben for this vintage which is awesome. Paracombe also picked up Bronze for Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Malbec varieties, making a nice little tally of five medals in all for the show.

We have just released our Pinot Noir Chardonnay Sparkling (2012 Release).

This multi vintage wine has parcels of back vintages going back 20 years blended with carefully hand harvested grapes from our family vineyard in 2012. Read more here
